Openwave specializes in strategies and solutions to ensure customer success, employing Mobile Analytics, Stategic Consulting, Business Processing and Technology services. They provide deep industry experience and offer a range of specific, prepackaged technical engagements for use in consulting projects.
CEO Ken Denman emphasized Openwave’s strategy is not to grow, but to strengthen its existing business and become a leader in their industry. Although this may sound like an odd approach, it may be best. Many companies become so engrossed in a growth strategy that they over step their boundaries. While expanding, their operating expenses sometimes outweigh their profit. This in turn does not allow a company to make any more money than when it was smaller.
